A standard charter quote includes the agreed vehicle, driver service and parking on the confirmed route. Admission tickets, cable cars, ferries, meals and personal expenses are generally separate. A dedicated guide or other accompaniment must be confirmed separately. Any included promotional tickets follow the selected package. Duration, route limits and overtime terms are confirmed before booking.

For a flight delay, send the flight number and revised arrival time promptly; waiting arrangements and any additional fees require confirmation.
