Enter adults, children and infants separately, together with large, medium and cabin bags. The page recommends vehicles by passenger and luggage capacity. Tell our team about child seats or oversized luggage before the vehicle configuration is confirmed.

Our Alphard listing recommends 1–5 passengers, excluding the driver, and about three standard bags. Suitability depends on suitcase size, child seats and the actual vehicle layout. Please confirm large suitcases or extra hand luggage with our team; a larger vehicle may be advised.

A standard charter quote includes the agreed vehicle, driver service and parking on the confirmed route. Admission tickets, cable cars, ferries, meals and personal expenses are generally separate. A dedicated guide or other accompaniment must be confirmed separately. Any included promotional tickets follow the selected package. Duration, route limits and overtime terms are confirmed before booking.

For an airport transfer, select the date, passengers, luggage and pickup and drop-off points before choosing a vehicle. For a tailored Korea trip, send your dates and outline itinerary to our team for a quote. Signed-in members can chat without re-entering their name or contact details. The vehicle and driver language are confirmed with the booking.

An unpaid order can be cancelled with confirmation on the checkout page. Changes to paid or confirmed services are handled by our team under the agreed booking terms. For a flight delay, send the flight number and revised arrival time promptly; waiting arrangements and any additional fees require confirmation. Before extending a charter, confirm vehicle availability and overtime charges.
