Cancellation, date changes and refunds follow the specific terms confirmed for your service. Before payment, ask our team to state the applicable deadlines, charges and process in writing. The website does not promise free cancellation for every service.
Flight delays & overtime
For a flight delay, send your flight number and revised arrival time promptly. Our team confirms pickup arrangements and any waiting charges. Before extending a charter, confirm vehicle availability and overtime fees.
